I'm Back...

After an exciting, 6 day venture to the city and back, I am thankful to be back on my feet, into the normal routine of life.

Aw, you say that, but you don't mean it...

Ignore him. He's just trying to make me feel guilty about wanting to be back up, traveling the world, trying new food, learning about new places, people, and-

Yeah, that.

Will you shut up for a second? Jeez, can't even hear myself think!
As I was saying, I spent Thursday and Friday last week (1st and 2nd) in a 2 day (ALL day) lecture/seminar/questionaire on soil/plant/human physiology. If I had to describe it in 3 words?

Awesome.

Educational.

Frightening.

Very frightening. (No no no, not the scared kind of frightened, the 'Oh my gosh, we're killing ourselves and everything around us and now we're going to pay for it some day. We'd better get to work because this information isn't out for just anyone.'
Yep. Plus the little tidbit of info you might find interesting: Humans are actually immortal! HA. (I knew that). No, really. We are. Problem? Well, we kill ourselves. Spiritually... and physically. Our physical bodies could, hypothetically, last forever, as long as we sustained them perfectly, with perfect nutrients, in immaculate proportion and balance. Of course, life doesn't work that way. (Neither does God, but hey, it's nice to know that we can have some control over our physical condition.)

But the trick is...

The trick is to condense those 2 days and millions of scraps of info into a few paragraphs. Or less. How about a few sentences? Well, I'm going to try:

MASS = ENERGY
Acid. Alkaline. Cation. Anion. Positive. Negative. Opposites. Acid= releases energy. Alkaline= stores energy. Acid= takes apart. Alkaline= Puts together. Sickness = over-acidity (That's why you get a fever= acid is energy and higher energy output = higher temperature. Your body is literally taking itself apart while trying to put itself back together.)
Hydrogen=universal acid
Oxygen= universal alkaline.
Mass IS Energy. It's simply slowed down. The more mass, the more energy. Thus, the greater the mass, the greater the density. The denser, the better. So say you were a 5'10 male and was 140 lbs, but weren't overly skinny. Then say there was another 5'10 male who weighed 170 lbs, but wasn't overweight. Of course, bone structures differ, but here we're assuming that these 2 people are similar. The 165 lb male would have a healthier bodily condition because, assuming he isn't overweight, his density is greater, and thus, he has more muscle mass, and thus, more energy. This same principle applies to fruits and vegetables. The denser and heavier a fruit or vegetable is, the more alkaline, reproductive minerals it contains, and the healthier it is. When buying melons, or fruit at the store, try and pick the heavy ones. And speaking of reproductive minerals, the more seeds it has, the better.
And of course, the Lunar Cycle is a HUGE determining factor of whether plants will have vegetative or reproductive growth. Full moon- expands, new moon- contracts. Full moon, vegetative, new moon- reproductive. Plan accordingly, haha. Wow this is a huge topic...

Acid= negative. Alkaline= positive. Too much of either, and the plants won't grow.
Healthy soil = healthy plants. Healthy Plants = healthy food/healthy animals. Healthy food = healthy people.
You can reverse that of course: And it all comes down to sick soil. What would create sick soil? Insufficient soil life. That is, no microbes to break down/process minerals for the plant to use. And that's what it's all about. Surprisingly, our more and more extreme weather can be largely attributed to simply insufficient soil life. Sufficient soil life will cause the soil to have ammonia in it, and ammonia, of course, has one very unique property: When you freeze it, it boils, and when you boil it, it freezes. In the soil, it acts as a coolant in the summertime (Soil should ALWAYS be cooler than the air in the summer- if not, insufficient soil life.) and as a heater in the winter. (soil should be noticeably warmer than the surrounding air temperature). When there is a lack of ammonia, the is a lack of temperature balance. This cause more extreme imbalances of temperature, giving us colder winters, and hotter summers, and more extreme temperature variances. (And also causing gigantic, mile-wide twisters all over the mid-west in APRIL! And what about those enormous dust storms in Phoenix and Texas? Huge snowstorms in October? Every year it's "Worst winter for north east" "Hundred Year Flooding" Worst Twister in years"... every year. Getting old? Extreme? For sure! Hello! Why do you think those happened? Wasn't a random freak windstorm that's for sure.)

Also, there is an incredibly healthy, and alkalizing drink that you can try. This is absolutely fantastic, and is great for balancing out the pH in your body. Most sickness and adverse bodily conditions is caused by over-acidity. (This includes obesity and headaches!)

Ingredients

1 cup molasses
1 gallon water
1 Tablespoon powdered CaOH (Calcium Hydroxide, or pickling lime, can be gotten at most grocery stores in the canning section)
1 lemon (squeezed, just the juice) Round lemons are the best- not oblong. Remember- the more seeds the better. :)
1/2 bottle of Magnesium Citrate (Also called Milk of Magnesia, it can be found in the pharmaceutical section in most grocery stores. It's a laxative)
1tsp Flavoring (extract of Almond, Vanilla, Peppermint, Rasberry or other. Personally, I prefer peppermint)

Mix the molasses with a quart of water from the gallon, then mix the Tablespoon of CaOH into the rest of the water, and stir/shake to dissolve. Add lemon, and Magnesium Citrate, to water, then mix in the molasses. Add flavoring last. And there you have it! A couple glasses a day is extremely soothing, and balancing for the body. This drink is not to be considered an "all cure" by any means, by it can be the first step well on the way to getting you there!

Ah... getting ahead of myself again. As you can see, I could probably go on for hours and hours at this rate. Needless to say, I had a great time, and even got to see a new baby cousin!! And am also considering a pilot's license. :) Seriously.
This year is gonna be so AWESOME!!!!!

Merry merry merry Christmas!!
